- Confidential or anonymous referral of practitioners who may be impaired by reason of substance abuse or dependence, psychiatric illness or physical illness
- Personalized review with new referrals
- Coordinate evaluations, treatment and monitoring, when appropriate
- Provide on-going support and confirmation of participation when needed for participants with DOH/DBPR, Boards/Councils, employers/partners, insurance carriers, attorneys
- Random toxicology testing
- PRN Monitored Practitioner Groups throughout Florida by tracking meeting attendance of participants and consultation with group facilitators for feedback on participants’ progress
- Provide a safety net for early detection and management of concerning behaviors
- Day-to-day management of cases by Case Managers
- Provide annual training on best practices for evaluation and treatment of healthcare professionals
- Provide educational offerings regarding potentially impairing conditions in healthcare professionals (Burnout, Sexual Disorders including Professional Sexual Misconduct, Behavioral, Pain & Addiction Management, Workplace Diversion, and Trauma in Healthcare Professionals)
- Support for practitioners with their associated board and councils
