Case Manager
Don is an 11-year veteran of the US Army. He reports that the highpoint of his service was the 3 years he was attached to NATO, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Mons Belgium working in an underground bunker. Don relished in the experience of working alongside 16 member nations and seeing things from a unique perspective. This experience added to his inquisitive nature and led to his interest in human behavior and cognitions. As a consequence, he pursued a masters in Psychology focusing on the clinical path, and went on to earn his Master’s Degree from Augusta State University in Augusta Georgia. He then worked as a Mental Health Therapist in a local hospital serving dual diagnosed Children, Adolescents, and adults. In this role, Don sponsored the first Emotions Anonymous self-help group in the Savannah River Valley. From there Don went on the serve in numerous roles, e.g. Case Management supervisor, Program Manager, and Programs Director, motivating clients, customers, and team members. Don has over 20 years of experience in mental health industry and sees endless opportunity to serve and inspire his fellow humans. Don enjoys inspiring, motivating, and supporting others. Albeit, Don remains human and loves to fish and spend his leisure time playing in his backyard.
